At E3 2009, Sony demo’d the engineering prototype of the new PS3 motion controller, which works with the PlayStation Eye. The “one-to-one” tracking with “sub-millimeter” precision is kind of mesmerizing (skip ahead to 3:44 & 8:35 of below video). It should be launched sometime in 2010.
